User Agreement

1. Parties

This User Agreement is concluded between [to be completed] ("MyLegend", the "Platform"; address: [to be completed], e-mail: destek@mylegendcards.com) and the person registering on mylegendcards.com (the "Member").

2. MyLegend is an intermediary

MyLegend is an intermediary service provider. The seller of a card is the member who listed it; MyLegend neither owns, sells nor ships the cards.

3. Membership

• You must be 18 or older.
• You are responsible for your account and its security.
• One account per person; suspended members may not open new accounts.
• You can delete your account permanently from your profile at any time.

4. Listings

• List only cards you actually own, with your own photographs.
• Describe the condition and any defects honestly. The visual pre-grade is an estimate, not an official grade.
• Counterfeit, stolen or unauthorised items are forbidden.
• Taking payment outside the Platform flow is forbidden and voids buyer protection.
• No harassment, spam, doxxing or misleading pricing.

5. Value estimates

The "market value" shown is a weighted median of sales and listings on this Platform — an estimate, not an offer, appraisal or investment advice.

6. Sales and payment

The sales contract is between buyer and seller. Depending on the configured payment method MyLegend either only records the payment or holds it in escrow; in both cases the seller cannot enter tracking before the payment is confirmed. Commission is charged only where MyLegend handles the money, and is shown before you buy.

7. Buyer protection

Every purchase runs on the deadlines set out in the Cancellation & Returns Policy: 3 days to pay, 3 days to ship, 14 days to confirm. A report freezes all clocks and moves the case to MyLegend for review.

8. Enforcement

Breaches may lead to warnings, suspension or account closure, listing removal and trust-score penalties.

9. Intellectual property

The Platform's software, design and brand belong to MyLegend. Your photographs remain yours; you grant MyLegend a simple licence to display them on and for the promotion of the Platform.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". MyLegend's liability is limited to the commission it collected on the transaction concerned, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes and disputes

Turkish law applies. Consumer transactions fall under the Turkish consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts; otherwise the courts at the Platform's registered address are competent.
